Lauren R. Presser is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group.
She brings diverse experience in complex litigation. Her experience includes class actions, Proposition 65 matters, employment litigation, contractual disputes and construction defect claims.
Lauren has argued cases in state and federal courts throughout California. She successfully argued a case before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals against the State of Arizona and a private corporation, the decision in which effectively changed precedent for nine states.
Having represented plaintiffs and defendants, she most often is able to anticipate opposing arguments, regardless of the matter. This offers a unique advantage for her clients.
When not working, Lauren can be found hiking whatever mountain or forest is nearby, snorkeling with sea life that make her family nervous, binge-watching Netflix and walking her dog Bailey.
