Debra Artes has over 35 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. She assists our firm in all phases of litigation matters, from inception through discovery and trial. Debra has analyzed complex litigation cases involving a wide variety of issues, including commercial contract litigation, complex real estate litigation, water litigation and trademark litigation. Debra has unmatched expertise in assisting with complex, high net worth family law cases involving support, custody and complex property division and business valuation issues. Debra also assists with the firm’s California Proposition 65 litigation practice and has experience in CEQA litigation, including drafting and assembling the administrative record for one of the largest CEQA cases in the County of Riverside, State of California.

A Southern California native, Debra attended Eaton Business College and earned her Paralegal Certificate from the prestigious Paralegal Program at the University of San Diego.

Debra’s skill, expertise and work ethic, especially related to trial work, is well known in the San Diego legal community. In her spare time, Debra enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, and riding her two horses.
